Reprint Policy

We have a 15-day reprint policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a reprint.

To be eligible for a reprint, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Upon being accepted for a reprint, your reprint will only be for the size ordered.  It is the cost responsibility of the customer to ship the apparel back to Merch Monkies.  Upon receipt of the apparel,  Merch Monkies will begin your reprint.

To start a reprint, you can contact us at scott@merchmonkies.com. Please note that we will need pictures of the damages sent to us in this email.

If your reprint is accepted, we’ll give you instructions on how we need to move forward with your reprint. Items sent back to us without first requesting a reprint will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address
If for some reason an incorrect shipping address is given and the purchase is returned to us, we will contact you via email for the correct mailing address.  If the shipping address was given incorrectly, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay for the additional shipping to the correct address.
